You place a pre-order by paying a deposit of 15% of the order total on our secure payment page. The deposit counts toward your total.

You pay the rest in person when you receive your order.

If we cancel your order or can't deliver it, we refund your deposit in full.

Otherwise deposits are non-refundable, because they reserve your vials from a limited batch.

Batch 02 pre-orders close November 12, 2026 at 11:59 pm Pacific. Hand-offs are scheduled for Nov 20–29.

Before the hand-off we contact you by WhatsApp, text or email to confirm your items, the final amount due, and a time and place.

We currently deliver in person across Southern California. If you're outside this area, send an order request and we'll contact you about options.

Check your order when you receive it. If anything is damaged, missing, incorrect, or inconsistent with its lot record, we will replace it or refund it in full.

Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Opened vials cannot be returned.

Every published lot links the laboratory's full report in our COA library. Compounds whose report isn't published yet are marked "COA coming soon" until it is.

Deposits are processed by Mercury, with card payments through Stripe. The payment page and your card statement show our billing partner, Premier Business AI Solutions LLC, which handles pre-order deposits for ALORA Research while we set up our own checkout.
