What we collect
Order requests: your name, email, phone number (optional), shipping details you share with us, and the items requested.
Accounts: your name, email and a securely hashed password — we never store the password itself.
Forms: what you send through the contact, wholesale and partner forms.
Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up.
Cookies and local storage
A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in to your account. If you arrive through a partner's referral link, a cookie remembers their code for 30 days so it applies at checkout.
Your cart, the research-use confirmation and dismissed banners are stored in your browser only.
We count page events (for example, how often lot records are opened) as anonymous totals. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Who processes your data
Our order records are kept in our WooCommerce store. The website runs on Cloudflare. Transactional email, once enabled, is sent through Brevo. Shipping carriers receive what they need to deliver an order.
How we use it
To confirm and fulfil your orders, answer your messages, run your account, pay partner commissions, and — only if you opt in — send product and new-report announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
