Opt-in points are added once per account. Order points are credited when the order is completed, not when it's placed.

At checkout, choose how many points to use: every 100 points take $1.00 off. Points can cover up to 30% of an order after any code, and are used in whole steps.

Example: 1,000 points take $10.00 off.

Confirm your email and your account gets a personal friend link. A friend who orders for the first time through it gets 10% off, and you get 1,000 points when that order is completed — up to 20 rewarded referrals in any 12 months.

Yes. There's no fee and nothing to buy — create an account and member pricing applies while you're signed in.

Program terms

  • Member pricing applies to signed-in accounts and is shown on every product page; the price at checkout is the one that applies.
  • Points have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are used in whole steps up to 30% of an order after codes.
  • Points are credited when an order is completed and reversed if it's refunded. Points expire after 12 months without an order.
  • Welcome points (email confirmation, Research Notes, order texts) are one set per person and household. They can't be used on an order sent to a phone or address that already ordered under another account until you've earned points from an order or a friend.
  • Volume pricing replaces the member price on the vials it applies to. One code per order.
  • Friend rewards: the friend's first order only; up to 20 rewarded referrals per account in any 12 months. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts don't qualify.
  • We may change or end the program; changes apply from the date they're published and never to orders already completed.
